Project Commissioning

We can provide services to help with part or all of your local commissioning of the equipment requirements for industrial installations. From energy production through oil&gas and biomass waste, clean energy technology (wind and solar), agricultural processing factories and MDF plants, we have experience in many sectors.

We can provide part time or full time expats to help with the local commissioning of your installations in S.E. Asia either in a supporting role to your current local team or as a leading role supporting your project team from your country of origin.

We can help with;

  • Commissioning of individual equipment or complete control systems
  • PID and equipment tuning
  • Start up and testing of electrical and mechanical machinery
  • Commissioning interfacing communications within a factory
  • Client relationship management
  • Technology transfer and cultural bridging communications

We can cater to many industries that have a focus on production and requiring advanced PLC based control systems and mechanical installations. Some of the more common industries we work for are;

  • Agricultural factories (rice, sugar, palm oil, wood, etc)
  • MDF and particle board lines
  • Biomass waste to energy systems
  • Oil & Gas installations
  • Small power plants ( < 25 MWe )

The key to our success is not only strong technical knowledge but also strong experience and understanding in bridging cultural understanding on how to get things done correctly from both a Western understanding and an Asian understanding.
