Are you an expat living in South East Asia ? Or do you want to move here ? Are you looking for part-time or contract work ? Or are you retired and looking to help the next generation of engineers and managers ? Then send today to us your resume, contact details and a brief description of what you would like to do !

Our company was started by a group of expats living in South East Asia. We love the region, the cultures and the lifestyle and for one reason or another we have no intentions to return to our home countries. Together we saw an opportunity in the region where foreign and local companies that want to hire expats, either for their corporate image or their experience, would have to pay significant overheads to hire expats. As expats usually had to move from their home country, these companies had no option but to hire them full time and pay for many extra costs, like housing and schooling, to come over. Many companies can not afford this or do not want to invest such high costs or deal with the significant a paperwork involved.

Our services are different. Because we live in the region, we can offer our services on a part time basis or contract basis. This gives foreign and local companies much more freedom to expand their image and foreign experience within their company on an as-need basis. They can manage their costs much more efficiently and we can spread our working experience to many companies instead of just one. As most of us have lived in the region for many years, we understand how to do business here and how to get projects done. There is no learning curve and risk of inter-cultural failure.

We are always on the lookout for good expat talent in the South East Asia Region. Many of our members are expats who are either married to a local or are retired in the region and are looking for work either to help expand their careers or to supplement their retirement life by helping the next generation.

If you are a foreigner who has previously lived in South East Asia and want to come back to work or live with your local partner, we can also potentially help you through our legal department. We can give you advise on how to set up yourself to be able to live and work as a freelance in the region.

Cultural Bridging

One of the biggest reasons for failure of a company to successfully penetrate a new country's market or to effectively find reliable and trustworthy suppliers from a foreign company is the breakdown in cultural understanding between the two companies. It is an often an overlooked aspect when the excitement of talking to new partners gains traction at the top management level.
